• Explore different sports throughout the week
  
• Visit a gym and try out the exercise equipment together
  
• Learn about the importance of movement and physical activity to stay healthy
  
• Learn about healthy eating habits and about healthy food portion size
  
• Use specially designed plates to reinforce the lessons learned from the USDA's MyPlate initiative
  
• Go home at the end of the week with pickleboard paddles, hula hoop, jump rope, or a basketball solo or with your family
